I spend my time bridging the gap between complex video engineering and product strategy. For 15 years, I’ve built products that reach millions—from broadcast hardware at Blackmagic Design to streaming platforms at Vimeo.
At Vimeo I owned the roadmap for the core video player and streaming infrastructure — cutting annual origin delivery costs by $2M+ with a multi-tiered caching architecture and shipping low-latency experiences (LL-HLS, WebRTC) across desktop, mobile, and OTT. I don’t just ship features; I build the operational frameworks that help product and engineering teams work better together.

- Technical Product Strategy: I translate engineering constraints into product opportunities across video infrastructure, encoding, and delivery.
- Video Platform Product: Roadmap ownership from ingest to playback — delivery economics, caching and CDN strategy, and low-latency streaming (LL-HLS, WebRTC).
- Product Operations: I turn messy cross-team dependencies into clear execution paths.
- Accessibility: I treat inclusive design as a core requirement, not a compliance checkbox.
- Live Production: I still love the rush of live events—where there are no do-overs.
